Dr. Scott Ballinger is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in the assessment of mental health conditions. In partnership with the Avery Centre, he provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations designed to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of cognitive and behavioral functioning.

Dr. Ballinger’s practice focuses predominantly on testing for neurodevelopmental disorders, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and Intellectual Disabilities. By utilizing evidence-based assessment tools, he provides the clarity necessary to access appropriate support and empirically-supported intervention strategies. Committed to clinical excellence and accessibility, he is a credentialed provider for both Inland Empire Health Plan and Kaiser Permanente members.
